Prices are quoted in the currency stated and may exclude shipping, taxes or duties unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order prior to production where information is inaccurate or incomplete.
4. Drawings, Specifications & Intellectual Property
Any drawings, specifications or technical data you share with us remain your property and are used solely for the purpose of quoting and manufacturing your parts. We treat all customer technical information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
5. Quality & Tolerances
Components are manufactured to the tolerances and specifications agreed with the customer at the time of order. Any deviation, rejection or rework request should be raised promptly so it can be addressed under our quality process.
6. Limitation of Liability
JK Group Precision Engineering will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from delays outside our reasonable control. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.
